What if the product is broken, when I receive it?
Before sending the product to you, we make sure every product is in good condition. Please check the package before you sign for. If the product is not in good condition, please don’t sign for it. Then please ask some certificate (such as the picture of the damaged goods) from express company, and contact us immediately. We will contact the express company to deal with it. We are not responsible for item lost, content damaged after signed for.
